Privacy Policy

This page explains what health.allforlife.club (All For Life) collects when you read it, and what happens to it. The short version: very little. There are no accounts, no newsletter, no comments and no forms, so the site never asks for your name or email.

What the server records

Like every website, our server keeps a log of each visit: your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. We use it only to keep the site running and secure, and the log deletes itself after 14 days.

Cookies and Google Analytics

On your first visit, a banner asks about cookies. Your answer is saved in your browser (a cookie called gdpr) so the banner doesn’t ask again. If you click Accept All, the site loads Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies (_ga and _ga_*) and tells us how many people visit, which articles they read, how far they scroll and which outside links (such as Amazon) they click. Google handles that data under its own privacy policy. If you click Decline, Google Analytics never loads. To change your mind, clear this site’s cookies in your browser and the banner will ask again.

Amazon links

Some articles link to products on Amazon. As an Amazon Associate, All For Life earns from qualifying purchases, at no extra cost to you. When you click one of those links you leave our site, and Amazon may set its own cookies under Amazon’s privacy notice. Amazon reports only which products were bought, never who bought them.

Facebook

New articles are shared on our Facebook Page, Healthy Habits for Life. The website itself contains no Facebook code, so reading an article here tells Facebook nothing.

Emailing us

If you write to contact@allforlife.club, we keep your message only to answer it. We never sell or share it.

Where the data is kept

The site runs on a server in New York, USA. Google Analytics data is held by Google.

Your choices

You can decline analytics, block cookies in your browser, or email us to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted. As the site collects no names or emails, there is usually nothing to find beyond the 14-day server log.

Children

This site is written for adults and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
