My name is Artur Dzieweczynski. For years I felt worse than I should have, and assumed that was just what getting older felt like. The real cause was a long run of choices I'd made without understanding what they were doing to me.
As long as I can remember, I've been chasing the same things: how to be healthier, live longer, look better, and stay positive and focused.
I'm genuinely passionate about health and longevity. I came to it the slow way, by needing it — through years of trying things on myself, getting plenty of them wrong, and slowly working out what held up. I love learning about how the body works and sharing what I find. So treat what I write as a starting point for your own thinking rather than professional advice.
I tried more diets than I can count and learned the most from the ones that failed. What changed things was learning how the body connects to itself — how stress shows up physically, why two supplements can cancel each other out, how habits set early keep running long after they stop helping. I dig past the surface. I lean on research where it exists, say so when the evidence is thin, and change what I've written when I get something wrong.
So I write about what I find. Physical health, nutrition, psychology, relationships, personal growth — these topics overlap far more than most sites admit. A relationship pattern and a stress response often turn out to be the same thing showing up in different places.
I write for people who have already tried the easy fixes and sense there is something underneath. People who read carefully and think for themselves.
I work alongside Karina Przystuplak. She's a businesswoman, entrepreneur, and real estate investor, but her real passion runs to fitness, meditation, food, and the inner side of health — mindset and the spiritual practices that hold the rest together. She's spent years working on all of it herself. She's written for the site and helps steer it, keeping the focus on what holds up in practice.
AllForLife grows from four areas I care about, each with its own community: Healthy Habits For Life, Slim For Life, Fit For Life, and Beauty For Life. This site is where the deeper writing lives.
Some articles include affiliate links to products I think are worth knowing about. They help support the site, and they never change what I choose to write about.
I do this because I love it, and because clear, honest information helps people live better. If something I write helps one body or one soul, that's enough for me.
If something here resonates, follow along through any of the four communities above — or just start reading.
